Thank you so much for catering at our wedding in July 2010. It exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t have asked you to do a better job. The food was delicious and the service was great from start to finish. Everyone commented on how good the food was and we would recommend you to anyone. Just a quick note to thank you so much for the great food and service last Saturday. It seemed we had been planning it for so long that when it did happen it was gone in a flash!
The feedback from all the guests with regards to the food was excellent, compliments to yourselves and your efficient staff. If we ever decide to get married again you will certainly be top of the list for the catering!
Once again thank you for everything you did for us and we will certainly recommend you to all our friends.

Thanks for that, and for anyone that is having difficulty chopping onions without the crying, here's an incredibly easy tip - put them in the fridge first, then chop them straight away after taking them out! No more tears! I found some more onion soup recipes here if anyone wants to try some more variations.
