We and our guests were incredibly impressed by the efficient, friendly and unobtrusive way that the barbecue was set up, cooked and served. Everyone enjoyed all the food- the deserts being particularly popular! The Barbeque and salads really were top class, many of our guests commented on how tasty the food was. As well as this may I commend your staff on their impressive professional conduct, they were friendly polite and unobtrusive throughout.

We were absolutely amazed by the level of service that your staff provided at our reception on Saturday.  David and I have been to many 5* places and I think we can both honestly say that the level of service that the staff provided was definitely 5* standard.
The food was fantastic and throughout the BBQ many people passed me and commented that they were going back for seconds and some for third helpings.  The BBQ chef was absolutely brilliant!!
The fantastic food and the staff really made the day a very special occasion for us, which both of us and our guests will remember for a very long time.

I would like to express my appreciation to Jeremy and the catering team for all their hard work on Friday. They were so well organised and everything went like clockwork (except when we didn't keep to the schedule), but Jeremy was very accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were very efficient, professional, polite and friendly. I am not the easiest of people to please, however I was very impressed and you have found a fan. Everyone commented on how good the food and overall service was. They definitely lived up to the company name by providing 'total hospitality. Please relay my thanks to all concerned.

Thank you so much for everything. The food was wonderful. You, and your waiting staff were attentive and polite; nothing was too much trouble. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the event, and we received many positive comments about the food from our guests. We consider ourselves fortunate, now, that the original caterers let us down, and we found Total Hospitality instead. In the end, it couldn't have worked out better, and we hope that the last minute decision making on our part did not cause you too many problems. We appreciate that some of our requests probably seemed a bit unusual, but thank you for going with the flow.
